Turkish letters

ğ, ü, ş, ı, ö and ç become g, u, s, i, o and c. The capital dotted İ is mapped before lowercasing, because otherwise it would leave a stray dot. Accented Latin letters such as é lose their accent. Everything else that is not a letter or a digit becomes the separator.
